Description Edit Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Product Subscription module 2. Open the Create Product Subscription page 3. Observe the available input fields 4. Check the Plan List page for available columns Actual Result: Plan Title field is missing on the Product Subscription Create page. However, the Plan Title column is available and displayed in the Plan List page. Expected Result: Plan Title field should be available on the Product Subscription Create page and should be consistent with the columns shown in the Plan List page. Impact: Unable to define or select the plan title during subscription creation, which may cause data inconsistency and confusion while managing plans. in the plan title column variant name is displaying
