Description Edit 1.Add Electricity Bill Upload option. Make it a mandatory field. Label text: Upload your recent electricity bill. (Only comment the code, do not delete). 4.Add a new dropdown option Pergola in Roof Type field. 5.Add a checkbox with the text: I certify that the above details are true, and I am eligible, or I am authorized to get a qoute for the above address. 6.Add a new input field: Roof Age (in years) (Example: "10 years old"). 7.Add installation type selection: Solar over the roof OR Solar on the ground. 8.Remove mandatory validation for Monthly kWh field. Ensure above changes do not break form submission or create new UI regressions.
