Check the subject line of the received email. Observe that “EventCrux” is missing from the beginning. Impact: Reduces brand visibility in user inboxes. Increases the chance of the email being ignored or marked as spam. Creates confusion about the source of the message. Recommended Fix: Update all trial-related email subject lines to include "[EventCrux]" or "EventCrux – " at the beginning. Ensure consistency across transactional and onboarding emails.
