Description

Current State: FestivalCollectionTiles.tsx in evergreenpos_E-commerce_new only displays basic category tiles linking to /all-products?tag=<festival>.
Missing Requirements:
Hero festival banner placements on Home, Offers, and Category pages.
Warehouse-specific discount calculations on product cards ("up to X% off" or customer default warehouse rate).
Fulfillment warehouse discount determination per item / split shipment in cart and checkout.
Locking prices at checkout and enforcing limits (min cart value, max discount cap, customer usage counts).
