📄 Create Plan – Issues

1. Active / Inactive Status Not Updating

Issue:

When updating the plan status (Active / Inactive) from the Edit Plan page, a success toaster is shown, but the status is not actually updated.

2. Payment Frequency Discount Issue

Issue:

While creating a plan, selecting Payment Frequency is allowing a 100% discount.

Clarification Required:

Please confirm whether 100% discount is allowed or if validation is required.

3. Variant Buttons UI Mismatch

Issue:

In Add Variant, the Cancel button UI size is different from the Save button.

Expected:

Both buttons should have the same size and style.

4. Missing Service Type Filter / Search

Issue:

There is no filter or search based on Service Type.

Impact:

Admin cannot easily identify how many plans are created for a particular service.

5. Monthly Schedule Missing in Service Details

Issue:

Monthly service schedule is not shown in Service Details.

Expected:

Admin should be able to see which months the service is provided.

6. Static Description Displayed for All Services- service details

Issue:

Below the plan title, the same static description is displayed for all services:

“Full-service lawn maintenance with area-specific variants”

Expected:

Service-specific descriptions should be displayed.

7. Created On Field Missing

Issue:

Created At is available internally but Created On is not displayed anywhere in UI.

8. Area Missing on List Page

Issue:

Plan Area is not shown on the list page.

Expected:

Displaying area will improve clarity for admins.

9. Save Amount Color Mismatch- edit page

Issue:

In Edit Plan, Save Amount is shown in red, whereas in other places it is shown in green.

Expected:

Use consistent color (preferably green).

10. Selected Service Name Not Showing in Editm-edit page

Issue:

In Edit Plan, the selected service name is not displayed.

11. Delete section Not Visible

Issue:

While deleting a plan, the system asks for comments, but the deleted section does not display anywhere.

12. Variant Count Confusion in List & Edit

Issue:

If a plan is created with 3 variants, the list page shows 3 entries.

When editing(click on one in list page), all 3 variants are shown together.

Clarification Required:

Please confirm if this behavior is correct.

13. Delete Variant Without Comments - in edit page

Issue:

When deleting an existing variant in Edit Plan, the system does not ask for comments & not stored.

📄 Request Subscription – Issues

1. Quarterly Amount Not Highlighted

Issue:

In Request Subscription Cards, the Quarterly Payment Amount is not highlighted.

Expected:

Quarterly amount should be visually emphasized.

2. Tax Information Missing on Cards

Issue:

Tax-related information is not shown on subscription cards.

Expected:

Add tax-related text for clarity.

3. Total Amount Not Displayed

Issue:

Below the quarterly amount, Total Subscription Amount is not shown.

Suggestion:

Display total amount for better understanding.

📄 Quote – Issues

1. Additional Notes Missing for Subscription Quotes

Issue:

For normal quotes, Additional Notes are auto-filled, but for Subscription Quotes, they are not.

2. Terms & Conditions – 50% Payment Line

Issue:

Terms mention “50% payment required.” for subscription it is required

Clarification Required:

Please confirm with TL whether this line should be updated for subscriptions.

3. Incorrect Data in Quote Email

Issues:

Subscription email shows quarterly amount only but we want confirmation for total amount.

Logo is sent as an attachment.

Issue:

In email service details, Service Area units (sqft, acre, etc.) are missing.

6. Subscription Details Missing on review Details Page

Issue:

Subscription information such as:

Frequency

Quarterly amount

Total amount is not shown.

Suggestion:

Revamp entire subscription details UI.

7. Invoice Not Shared Initially

Issue:

Entire invoice should be shared with the customer before payment.(when invoice created we sent a mail to customer in than we have to send entire invoice one think about that

8. Currency Mismatch in Stripe

Issue:

When paying via email link (Stripe), Indian currency is shown.

But when paying via application, currency is correct.

9. Subscriber Record Not Created

Issue:

If customer pays via email link:

Invoice is created , customer paid the amount

But customer is not stored in Subscribers

1. Multiple Invoices Logic Unclear

Issue:

System generates 4 invoices at once.

Clarification Required:

Please confirm intended invoice generation logic.

2. Monthly Visit Calculation Issue

Scenario:

Plan has visits in Feb, June, Dec

Customer subscribes in March

Issue:

how to do the service on Monthly visit calculation logic .

3. Delete Option for Active Subscribers

Issue:

If subscription is active, Delete option should be disabled.

4. Subscription Details Missing in Customer Profile

Issue:

In Customer Details Page, add:

Service Subscription

5. Subscription Not Showing on Dashboard

Issue:

Subscriptions are not visible on dashboard.

6. Subscribers Not Showing on Dashboard

Issue:

After payment, customer receives email confirmation but receipt is not attached.

12. Invoice Email Without Payment Option

Issue:

After invoice is created, customer receives an email without payment option is it correct.

📄 Job Page – Issues

1. Auto Job Created Without Matching Plan Schedule

Issue:

Jobs are being automatically created for certain dates, but when compared with the Plan Schedule, there is no service scheduled for that month.

Clarification Required:

Please explain on what basis the system is creating jobs when the plan does not include a schedule for that specific month.

2. Auto-Created Job Not Editable

Issue:

Auto-created jobs cannot be edited by Admin.

When clicking the Info icon, the message displayed is:

“The job is complete. Status cannot be changed.”

Issue Detail:

The job is marked as completed automatically, even though no manual confirmation is done.

📄 Subscribers Page – Cancelled Subscription Issues

1. No Functional Difference for Cancelled Subscriptions

Issue:

Cancelled subscriptions behave the same as active service subscriptions.

Only the status is changed.

2. Cancellation Reason Not Captured

Issue:

While cancelling a subscription:

System does not ask for cancellation reason

Comments are not captured

Reason is not displayed anywhere

3. Billing Cycle Not Stopped After Cancellation

Issue:

After cancelling a subscription, the billing cycle continues.

4. No Email Sent After Subscription Cancellation

Issue:

After cancelling a subscription, customer does not receive any email notification.

5. Cancelled Subscribers Not Shown on Dashboard

Issue:

Cancelled subscribers are not visible on the dashboard.

6. Cancelled By Information Missing

Issue:

System does not capture or display:

Who cancelled the subscription (Admin / Customer)

Pending Issues – Summary

Rows per page not working on the Service Subscription List page.

When clicking Edit on a subscription plan, it shows all variants merged into a single plan.

However, in the list view, only 3 variants are displayed.

Action History section is missing in the subscription details/edit view.

In Edit → Delete Variant:

Comments popup is not appearing when deleting a variant. It should ask for mandatory comments.

In Request section:

The label "With plan by maha (Standard)" should be updated to

"With plan by maha (Yearly)" (or correct frequency value).

Subscription Quote PDF:

In the table, Product Name is incorrectly showing Equipment Name.

Quote Acceptance Email:

PDF review shows wrong company address.

Footer address also incorrect.

Quote Email (Before Acceptance):

If no product is selected, the product row should be removed.

Subtotal is missing in the email.

Quote Acceptance Flow:

After customer accepts the quote, the system generates an invoice email,

but the email does not include the payment link for the customer to pay.

Resend Invoice Email Issue:

Customer is not receiving the payment link in the Resend Invoice email.

Also showing incorrect Zelle payment option for the customer.

Invoice Issue – Wrong Installments Calculation:

Customer paid in single payment, but invoice displays two installments.

Remaining amount is showing negative balance.

Payment Received Email:

Customer receives a “Payment Received” email but no receipt PDF is attached.

Card Reader Issue:

Card reader problem reported (details shared in WhatsApp payment cancellation).

Jobs Page:

Testing for the Jobs page is still pending.
